The Eastern Slope Airport Authority (ESAA) acts as the operator of Eastern Slope Regional Airport (IZG), and manages the day-to-day operations of the airport.  The town of Fryeburg is the owner and official sponsor of Eastern Slope Regional Airport, recognized by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the State of Maine. The Town of Fryeburg is responsible for oversight, including procurement, accounting, and grant administration, associated with the receipt of grants for infrastructure improvements to the facilities.
